My basic intention for this cake was just giving my office buddy a cake. Since he is deeply in love with coffee and chocolate, I made this Espresso Choco Cake (source: liliany.dewi@flashmail).


Yes, I know. The picture doesn’t give you the ‘espresso’ or ‘choco’ parts of the cake. I am sorry. I forgot to take the picture after slicing the cake. And because I should keep practicing my hands, I didn’t want to loose my oppertunity decorating the cake. Practice makes perfect, doesn’t it?

Anyway, the cake was soo good, even for a person who’s seldom taking a step to the coffee part in supermarket like me.
