My family loves pastry. We often bought “kue sus”, “pisang molen” and all product of danish pastry in a famous store.

I wasn’t interested in learning how to make it because I thought I would need tools –unfamiliar ones, a lot ingredients and.. well, everything looks difficult to have.
So I kept buying pie untill I found recently the picture of NCC course in association with Unilever. Awesome!
Just wait. The journey was not coming to the end yet. Where is the recipe? This was the simple part since I had found it on Riana’s kitchen.

Not exactly. Had I mentioned about my problems of making the mixture untill I came across the right figure? Devastating. But in the end, I admit that I was just too overestimate on pastry.
