My family loves pastry. We often bought “kue sus”, “pisang molen” and all product of danish pastry in a famous store.
I wasn’t interested in learning how to make it because I thought I would need tools –unfamiliar ones, a lot ingredients and.. well, everything looks difficult to have.
So I kept buying pie untill I found recently the picture of NCC course in association with Unilever. Awesome!
Istilah kerennya sih brownies kukus.
Tapi, secara brownies itu mestinya kan bolu bantet, nah yang ini tuh berasa lembut. Jadi cocoknya kan bolu kukus ya.
Tapi beda deh rasanya dengan bolu kukus biasa, yang mekar dan terbelah 4 itu. Yang ini, selain berasa nyoklaaaat banget, dan lembutnya itu loh… ah membelai lidah.

I am not satisfied enough with my cook this time. Ehm.. well everytime maybe. Coz there were so many things running in the wrong process.
I couldn’t even blend the star anise well! I know that I could just leave that thing as is. But, yea.. you know me, I was too terrified that it could change the taste.
So, while enjoying my unhealthy food, you’ll find something tiny and woody. Such terrible mistake. But as for me, it was just a bit messy. Coz I like my rendang soooo much.
